1. Project Agreement:
This form constitutes a request for a quote for solar system services, including but not limited to "Detach & Reset," "Detach Only," or "Reinstall Only." The submission of this form does not guarantee a service agreement or a final quote. A formal service agreement will be provided upon review of the submitted information.
2. Accuracy of Information:
You certify that all information provided in this form, including details about the solar system, roof, and project scope, is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Any inaccuracies may result in a revised quote or termination of the service agreement.
3. Site Access and Conditions:
You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the project site for our crews. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ensuring the roof is structurally sound and safe for work.
- Disclosing any hidden hazards (e.g., asbestos, weak structures, pest infestations).
- Guaranteeing the site is ready for the crew at the agreed-upon time.
4. Damage to Panels:
You must disclose any existing solar panel damage. Our company is not responsible for pre-existing damage. If additional damage is discovered during the project, you will be notified, and an agreement will be made regarding replacement or disposal.
5. Critter Guard and System Details:
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:
- Presence of a critter guard.
- System inverter specifications.
Misinformation may result in additional charges or project delays.
6. Warranty and Insurance:
The selection of warranty and project insurance quotes is your responsibility. Our company will provide services as agreed in the final contract. Warranty claims or insurance issues will be handled per the policies you select.
7. Payment Terms:
You agree to the following payment schedule:
- New Installations:
- 50% deposit required to start the project.
- 40% due upon equipment delivery.
- Final 10% due upon system commissioning.
- Detach & Reset/Reinstallations:
- Payment terms as outlined in the final service agreement.
Failure to make timely payments may result in work suspension or additional fees.
8. Liability:
Our company is not liable for:
- Pre-existing property conditions.
- Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided in this form.
Liability is limited to the scope of work in the final service agreement.
9. Installation Guidelines:
- New Installations:
- Commence five (5) business days after permit approval.
- Roof repairs exceeding $1,000 require signed approval before work begins.
- Master Electrician Review: Ensures compliance with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), safety standards, and utility requirements before commissioning.
10. Detachment Policy:
- A 48-hour written notice is required prior to the desired detach date to ensure crew availability and efficient scheduling.
11. Reinstallation Policy:
- A five (5)-day completion window from the selected date is required to account for:
- Scheduling logistics.
- Material procurement.
- Permitting (if applicable).
- Master Electrician approval.
- Unexpected additional work.
12. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Amendments:
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
